WAYS TO MOVE TO CAT BA IN PEAK TOURISM SEASON

It is now the peak tourism season, the number of people to Cat Ba each day mounts to over 20,000. This leads to temporary traffic hold-ups at the two ends of the Got- Cai Vieng ferry station. Thus, tourists can consider ways to Cat Ba in peak days as followed: the old way is to take the Cai Vieng ferry from 5.30 a.m to 6 p.m. the moving time is about 50 minutes. A new way of moving is by the Cat Hai- Phu Long cable cars system with the world’s highest poles in 8 minutes to move to Phu Long station. From there, tourists can take a bus to Cat Ba township.
