Celebrating major holidays of the country and the city in May, the election of the 15th National Assembly deputies and People’s Council deputies at all levels for the 2021-2026 term, on Saturday morning, Thuy Nguyen district held the inauguration ceremony of a number of traffic works in the locality. Mr. Pham Van Lap, member of the Standing Board of the City Party Committee, Secretary of Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee attended the event.
Commencing construction in February 17 this year, despite being affected by the weather and the Covid-19 pandemic, after nearly 3 months of prompt building, the work of renovating and upgrading the main roads in Phu Ninh and An Son communes, the inter-communal road between Thuy Duong and Hoa Binh communes and the inter-communal road of Phuc Le, Pha Le and Lap Le communes have been completed and put into operation. Accordingly, the road of Phu Ninh and An Son communes has a total length of 3.83 km. On the whole route, 113 households voluntarily donated land and dismantled the works with the handover area of nearly 3,000 thousand square meters. Thuy Duong – Hoa Binh inter-communal road has a length of 1.63 km, the whole route has 10 households voluntarily donated land, dismantled works and architectural objects with a total handover area of more than 150m2. The inter-communal road of Phuc Le, Pha Le and Lap Le communes has a length of 4.5 km. All 3 roads are covered with concrete, have modern lighting systems, surface water drainage, paint and road markings. The completed roads contribute to creating favorable conditions for people’s traveling and goods transport, step by step perfecting the regional road traffic infrastructure and changing the rural face. Yesterday morning , Mr. Pham Van Lap and leaders of the local People’s Committee checked the construction progress of the main road of Lap Le commune – Mat Rong fishing port. The road is 900 m long. After 20 days of construction, the progress of the project has not met the set requirements. In order for the project to be completed soon, Mr. Pham Van Lap requested the local authority to concentrate on propaganda, mobilization and speeding up site clearance. Contractors need to increase equipment, human resources and simultaneously organize construction works on the whole route. During the construction process, they must ensure environmental sanitation, traffic order and safety.
