The Department of Natural Resources and Environment dialogues and resolves business proposals in the field of land registration

– On the morning of November 29, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment organized the 2nd Business Dialogue Conference in 2023 to remove obstacles and problems in granting certificates of land use rights, housing ownership and property rights attached to the enterprise’s land. Also attending were representatives of relevant departments, branches and units.

Acting Director of Land Registration Office, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Ha Quoc Viet spoke at the Conference.

 To prepare for the second dialogue conference, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment informed organizations, associations, and enterprises in the city. Thereby, 15 registration forms were received from enterprises.

Enterprises expressed their opinions at the Conference.

The content of the business’s recommendations focuses on the following issues: Sign a land lease contract for the enterprise after equitization; Transfer land use rights and assets on land to enterprises that are allocated land or lease land in the form of annual land rental payments; issuance of land use rights certificates for seafood cooperatives… enterprises’ recommendations are clarified and discussed by leaders of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Land Registration Office and dossier processing officers for disassembly and resolution in the near future.

Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Pham Van Thuan answered business issues raised at the dialogue.

At the Conference, regarding the guidance and handling of documents for the case of transferring assets on land of Thien Quyen Fertilizer Production and Trading Co., Ltd., leaders of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment said, will direct relevant units to urgently coordinate and provide specific troubleshooting instructions for enterprises. Through this Dialogue Conference, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment affirms its policy of always accompanying and supporting enterprises. effectively solve difficulties related to state management activities; contributing to creating a stable and safe operating environment for enterprises./.
