Reinforcing Communication Dialogue And Signings Of Collective Agreements Among Enterprises

Recently, Hai Phong Citys trade unions at all levels have made great efforts to dialogue, negotiate, and promote the signing of collective labor agreements with many enterprises, defining this as an important breakthrough to continuously improve quality and operational efficiency as well as ensure employee benefits.

Along with closely following businesses and organizing many trade union activities to support businesses in production and business, the trade union system needs to persistently advocate and gradually remove difficulties for businesses to achieve the general purpose of the agreement.

Hai Phong City is currently leading the country in signing labor agreements with many enterprises. Up to now, there have been 34 collective labor agreements signed by 192 enterprises and non-public service units, with thousands of beneficial contents for workers, more than 20 thousand workers benefited with a total annual value of trillions of VN dong, including working hours, rest hours, salaries, bonuses, shift meals.

The collective labor agreement signed by enterprise groups will create favorable conditions for workers to be equal in relationships with employers and improve their status and role in companies. On the other hand, these agreements also unify the labor regime for workers in the same occupational group, strengthen fair competition between workers in different parts of enterprises or between enterprises in the same industry, limit conflicts and disputes in labor relations, and create driving force in labor and production for workers./.
