Improving business and investment environment

2019 is the straight fourth year Haiphong select the year theme “Strengthening discipline of income and expenses, improving business and investment environment. This shows that Haiphong always pays special attention to improve business and investment environment to attract more and more enterprises to invest in the city.

This is a monthly dialogue between Hai An district people’s Committee with enterprises with an aim to find out measures of addressing queries and difficulties, create the best favorable conditions for enterprises to develop business and production. To date, Hai An district has actively consider to build a new road for Anh Cao and Đại Đồng Limited Companies to help them stabilize production.
