HAIPHONG PRIORITIZES CAPITAL FOR KEY PROJECTS

The public investment capital in general, including the state budget assigned to the city in recent years has been used effectively and gained outstanding achievements. Besides restructuring the state budget spending, the city has prioritized capital for basic constructions, particularly key projects.

At this moment, Bac Song Cam urban complex infrastructure construction and investment project with the total investment capital of vnd 9,899 billion, Ho Sen- Cau Rao 2 road, section from Nguyen Van Linh intersection, Quang Thanh bridge, Dinh bridge, road connecting Lang Am bridge with the coastal road in Vinh Bao district, inter-wards road… have been built actively. The city has had active directions to ensure these projects are executed as schedule. Among totally vnd 1,949 billion surpassing the collection estimates in 2019 between the central budget and city’s budget, Haiphong has allocated vnd 961,4 billion for 10 transitional projects and vnd 280 billion for 3 new projects in 2020./.
