Hai Phong Railway Compartment Joint Stock Company invests in Quang Vinh social housing project at Luong Khanh Thien street (Ngo Quyen district)

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The City People’s Committee has just issued a Decision approving the Investor, Hai Phong Railway Compartment Joint Stock Company, to implement a project for investment on building social houses at 39 Luong Khanh Thien street (Quang Vinh social housing area).

The project will contribute to the implementation of the housing area development target in Ngo Quyen district until 2020 and the following years; at the same time, under the city’s policy on relocating production facilities in the inner city, ensuring the environment and landscape of existing urban residential areas and meeting housing needs of low- and middle-income people in Hai Phong. Also, encourage people to use apartments, improve land-use efficiency, save urban land funds, and provide services that focus on serving people’s lives.

Quang Vinh Social Housing Project has a construction scale of more than 1,400m2; construction density of the bottom is 58.4%; construction density of the tower is 55.5%; total construction floor area (excluding the basement) is about 25,740.4m2; The total estimated residential floor area is 18,241m2.

In which, the floor area of apartments for social houses from the 3rd to 19th floors is expected to be 14,592.8m2; the floor area in commercial apartments from floors 1 to 3 and floors 18, 19 is expected to be 3,648m2; that of community room is expected to be 194.0m2… The project with a maximum height of 19 floors; the total parking floor area is 2.485m2; the greenery area is 482.8m2; the area of land for traffic and technical infrastructure is 521.2m2; with a total of 242 apartments, including 26 commercial apartments; Population scale is about 730 people.

The project will begin implementation at the end of 2020 and is expected to be completed and handed over in the third quarter of 2023.
