Hai Phong City ranked second on Public Administrative Reform Index (PAR INDEX) with a result of 91.81%, 1.72% higher than in 2022, and is one of the provinces in group A with a PAR index of 90% and over as well as meeting eight component indexes such as administrative reform management, legal document setting up and implementation, administrative reform, State administrative machinery reform, quality of cadres and civil servants, financial mechanism innovation in administrative agencies and public non-business units, administration modernization and “one door” mechanism implementation.
Through the Public Administrative Reform Index, the Government, ministries, branches, and localities can identify goals, directions, contents, tasks, and solutions for State administrative reform for the next stage. /.
