The contractor has completed the entire structure and constructed the technical infrastructures for the Political-Administrative Center project. For the investment project to build the City Convention and Performance Center and the synchronous technical infrastructure system, the reinforced concrete construction of the basement, floors, and foundations of the buildings has been completed. Meanwhile, the 6th floor and some other content are still underway. Through field inspection, the Standing Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People’s Committee recognized and highly appreciated all efforts of the project management board, the contractor unit – the 319 Corporation Ministry of National Defense, and consulting and supervision units for human resources and vehicles to complete the construction. He also requested all units to pay attention to safety and security before the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday and encourage employees to return to work right after Tet. The City People’s Committee office announced to complete the documents for dividing the offices of departments and for sidewalk items, as well as other work items, striving to complete construction by May 13, 2024.
