After a long time of trial husbandry, the survival ratio of the herd reached 95%, with the average weight of 1.5kg/chick.

During the raising process, Long has been assisted by technical cadres of the agricultural promotion station with the general disease prevention measures, thus, bringing about high economic value, contributing to changing the scattered raising methods into the large-scaled model in the direction of semi-industry and industry, creating a new production tendency. From the initial scale of 1,000 chicken, by now, his herd has amounted to 4,000 chicken with the average productivity of 3,600 eggs/day and cost of 3,000 dong/egg.

The model to raise Egyptian chicken for eggs has made active contributions to the husbandry of the locality, has a significant meaning to changing the occupation and plant structure of the locality, which has been highly appreciated by the local people and authority./.
