At the conference, opinions were shared on the potential and advantages of Hai Phong for the development of the logistics service industry as Hai Phong is the intersection of the two economic corridors Kunming – Lao Cai, Ha Noi – Hai Phong.The city is also one of the three important economic growth poles of the Northern economic region in the plan to develop two corridors 1 belt between Vietnam and China.

Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Tho affirmed: Resolution 45 has clearly identified that by 2025 Hai Phong city is the key marine economy of the country, the national logistics service center; By 2030, it will become a modern international logistics service center by sea, air, expressway, and high-speed railway. The comments at the program are the basis for Hai Phong to build an effective and sustainable logistics development policy, step by step forming large enterprise groups in the field of providing logistics services with good quality, high capacity, step by step competing with foreign businesses./.
