At the meeting, leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Hai Phong City witnessed the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, Sun Edu International Education Joint Stock Company, and Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Authority, Hai Phong City’s Department of Science and Technology and Hai Phong University to cooperate in training human resources for circuit design, semiconductors and training high-tech scientific human resources. Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat highly appreciated the attention and leadership of Hai Phong city leaders in science, technology, and innovation activities and the results achieved in the coordination program between the two units.
For his part, the city’s Party Committee Secretary, Mr. Le Tien Chau, affirmed that to continue effectively implementing the coordination program between the two units, the city hoped that in the coming time, the Ministry of Science and Technology will continue to Coordinate and support the city to complete the Science, Technology and Innovation Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2045 along with important projects, such as the project to build Hai Phong City into an international center for training, research, and application of marine science and technology, the project to build Hai Phong Innovation and Startup Support Center and the “Strengthening the operational capacity of Haiphong Quality Measurement Standards Technical Center to become a center of the Northern Coastal region” project./,
