On the afternoon of January 4th, Hai Phong City and FPT Group held a conference to cooperate in digital transformation content and educational investment. Mr. Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Phong City’s Party Committee, and Head of Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation, attended and directed the conference. Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, Deputy Secretary of Hai Phong City’s Party Committee and Chairman of the City People’s Committee, chaired the conference.
Speaking at the conference, Hai Phong City’s Party Secretary Le Tien Chau expressed his pleasure as FPT Group arrived to learn about investment opportunities in the education sector and consult deployment of digital transformation, which received great concerns from the city leader. As his part, the COB of FPT Group, Truong Gia Binh, voiced his impression on the powerful development of Hai Phong in recent times, expressing his hope to build an educational complex in the city, and showing commitment to invest in the city’s outstanding digital transformation process. As one of the world’s leading technology corporations, FPT is ready to accompany the locality on its development ideas in the future and support the city in foreign markets.
Mr. Party Secretary expressed great appreciation for the ideas FPT Group proposed, requesting the city’s functional departments to review and select a suitable location to deploy a large-scale education/sci-tech complex, along with introducing several potential areas to construct FPT Inter-Level High School. Hai Phong City’s Party Committee Secretary, Mr. Le Tien Chau, emphasized that the city was ready to cooperate with FPT Group, assigned functional branches to coordinate with FPT Group to draft a specific and detailed plan for cooperation content and implementation, in which FPT is considered a bridge connecting Hai Phong City to foreign partners./.
