During the 2020-2023 period, Haiphong Economic Zone Authority (HEZA) has attracted over 10 billion USD of foreign direct investment capital into Industrial Parks and Economic Zones, reaching 88.8% of target of 16th Congress of the Party Committee’s resolution on FDI attraction in industrial parks and economic zones in the period 2020-2025, coordinated to establish 02 more industrial parks, approved investment policies and began construction of 06 more ports in the Lach Huyen area, completed investment procedures for 03 social housing projects society in economic zones as well as establishing industrial parks as planned. Along with completing tasks assigned by the City People’s Committee on electronic office Software system, Haiphong Economic Zone Authority has also actively implemented Resolution No. 06 of the Hai Phong City’s Standing Party Committee on major tasks and solutions to promote the management and development of industrial parks and industrial clusters in the city until 2025, with a vision to 2030./.
