3rd HAIPHONG TECHFEST 2019

On Friday morning, Haiphong Department of Science and Technology collaborated with Haiphong University to hold the opening ceremony of the 3^rd Haiphong Innovative Startup Festival Day – Techfest Haiphong 2019. Vice Chairman of Haiphong People’s Committee Le Khac Nam attended the event.

Delivering his speech at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of Haiphong People’s Committee Le Khac Nam expressed his hope in the coming time there will be more practical activities to support the start-ups and innovation in the city area, capable of connecting and mobilizing the capital to deploy the contents for startup assistances; step by step bringing the innovative startup projects to the world, building Haiphong into the highlight for start-ups of the Northern Delta.

Techfest 2019 is held in the attendance of 30 booths displaying products of 45 startup projects in the city area, adjacent cities and provinces in the locations of agriculture, informatics technology, education and tourism…Besides the showcase, the competition to find out typical innovative startup projects to join in Techfest Vietnam 2019 will be held in December in Quang Ninh province. The 3^rd Haiphong Techfest is expected to create attraction towards the innovative startup projects of localities, organizations and individuals, at the same time contributing to building and developing the start-up ecology in the city area./.
