
At the Administrative Procedure Reception and Resolution Department of Kien An District People’s Committee and several wards in the district, the local authorities have arranged personnel and resources to guide people through electronic administrative procedures directly.
In addition, the delegation also recognized the local efforts in leading and directing administrative reform, standardizing the qualifications of civil servants, operating the electronic one-stop system, and online public services, as well as maintaining and improving the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
As of October this year, Kien An District had received 2,741 administrative procedure files, of which 2,538 had been resolved and 350 were still in process. 100% of specialized agencies in the district and the wards People’s Committees have operated the electronic one-stop system and online public services. To enhance the effectiveness of administrative reform, addressing existing shortcomings and promoting awareness among citizens about online public services is an important and necessary task./.
