Members of the Politburo, leaders from the Party, State, Government, and central ministries and agencies attended the conference. In Hai Phong, Mr. Le Tien Chau, Member of Central Party Committee, Secretary of Hai Phong Party Committee, Head of Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, Deputy Secretary of Hai Phong Party Committee, Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee, along with members of Hai Phong Party Committee’s Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Council, and City People’s Committee, attended the conference.
At the conference, participants were briefed on three main topics: “Key Contents and Innovations in the Draft Political Report for the 14th Congress of the Party and the Draft Report Summarizing Theoretical and Practical Issues on Socialist-Oriented Renovation in Vietnam Over the Past 40 Years”; “Key Contents and Innovations in the Draft Report Evaluating the 5-Year Implementation of the 10-Year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030; Directions and Tasks for Socio-Economic Development 2026-2030; Socio-Economic Situation and State Budget for 2024, and Plans for 2025; State Budget Financial Plan for 2025-2027; Investment Policy for High-Speed Rail on the North-South Corridor; and the Establishment of Hue City as a Central City”; as well as “Core Contents and Innovations in the Draft Report Summarizing the Party Building Work and Implementation of the Party Charter During the 13th Congress; Basic Contents on Amending the Election Regulations within the Party; Summary of Personnel Work from the 13th Congress and Directions for Personnel Work for the 14th Congress.”
Based on these topics, local Party committees, organizations, and relevant departments will continue disseminating, propagating, and implementing the contents of the Resolution of the 10th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee, contributing to new momentum for the comprehensive and synchronous renewal process; building a clean and strong Party and political system; while preparing the conditions for organizing the 14th Party Central Committee./.
