Hong Bang District has been focusing on administrative reform and the annual theme Promoting Digital Transformation. Upgrading the portals at the districts and the local wards, along with operating the Dossier Reception and Return section, have been proven effective, for the best satisfaction of the people and businesses.

To satisfy people and enterprises in implementing administrative procedures, the district continues to direct functional units to review and update administrative reform procedures to ensure publicity, transparency, and serious abidance by the regulations on administrative procedure records, time, procedural order, settlement authority, fees, charges and ensure that 100% of administrative procedures are updated and publicly announced on the portal. It helps to save costs and ensure the process, progress, and deadline for returning dossiers to organizations and individuals in accordance with regulations. At the Dossier Reception and Return section of all wards and the district, in the past nine months, nearly 28,000 new records have been received, and more than 90% of them have been resolved. The remainder is being handled without concern of overdue.

The implementation of the “one-stop” mechanism has contributed to raising the sense of responsibility of civil servants of the district and wards in the performance of public duties. 

The results of the administrative reform of Hong Bang district have been recognized in the past year when it reached the highest ranking in the district reform index and led in the measurement of satisfaction with administrative services.
