Provide budget finance for Hanoi – Haiphong Expressway project

The Government has proposed the National Assembly to arrange 4,069 billion dongs from the budget of 10,000 billion dongs for Hanoi- Haiphong Expressway project.

Hanoi – Haiphong expressway

This is the finance to compensation, land acquisition, resettlement related to the project. This finance is arranged for key national projects in the plan of middle- term investment in the period of 2016-2020. In the roadmap of the Government, the expense is in conformity with the agreement with the Government and has been proposed to the NA for approval.
