Construction investment of technical infrastructure for 2 Industrial Parks in Tien Lang District

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The Chairman of the City People’s Committee recently agreed to allow Viet Phat Construction Real Estate Joint Stock Company to survey, research, and perform procedures to invest in constructing technical infrastructure for 2 industrial parks in Tien Thanh and Vinh Quang communes, Tien Lang district.

Accordingly, Tien Thanh Tien Lang Industrial Park, with a research scale of about 410 ha, is expected to be a general Industrial park. Scope and boundary: located in the area of Tien Thanh and Cap Tien communes, Tien Lang district; bordering Tien Thanh commune residential area to the North; bordering irrigation ditches to the South; bordering the fields of 2 communes of Cap Tien and Tien Thanh to the East; and bordering Thai Binh River to the West.

Tien Thanh Tien Lang IP is on the list of development planning of IPs up to 2020, which was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision no. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006 and Document no. 2628/TTg-KTN dated December 22, 2014.

The 1/2000-scale detailed planning of Tien Thanh Industrial Park in Tien Lang District was approved by the City Peoples Committee in Decision no. 166/QD-UBND dated January 27, 2011.

Vinh Quang Tien Lang industrial park, with a research scale of about 600 ha, is expected to be a general Industrial park. Scope and boundary: located in the area of Hung Thang and Tien Thang communes, Tien Lang district; bordering the North-South road to the North as planned; bordering TL212 road to the South; bordering Van Uc river to the East and bordering the residential area of Hung Thang commune to the West.

According to the development planning of IPs up to 2020 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision no. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006 and Document no. 2628/TTg-KTN dated December 22, 2014, there is planning of Vinh Quang Tien Lang shipbuilding IP with scale of 1,000 ha, so investing in building IP with scale of about 600 ha is basically appropriate.
