12月10日、ハイフォン外務局は経済特区管理委員会、ナム・カウ・キエン工業団地と日本環境省と力を合わせ、ハイフォングーリン成長推進計画の代表的な事業を報告し、エコインダストラリアパー構造事業についてのワークショップを行いました。ハイフォン市人民委員会のグエン・ヴァン・タイン副委員長及び関連省庁機関の代表が参列しました。 2014年から、ハイフォン市は北九州市と連携して、環境に優しいハイフォングーリン成長推進計画を策定しました。5年の実施後、ハイフォン市と北九州市は15のパイロットプロジェクトを開始するために協力しました。北九州市アジア低炭素化センターの支援を受けて、今後、ナム・カウ・キエン工業団地はエコインダストラリアパークとして建設させるために尽力を尽くします。これはハイフォン市のグーリン成長計画に繋ぐ事業の１です。
